1. By entering this contest, the winner agrees to these rules and the decisions of USA Luge and JetBlue Airways, and further agrees to allow USA Luge and JetBlue Airways to use the winner’s name and photos for publicity purposes without compensation.

2. Employees of USA Luge, JetBlue Airways and any other contracted entity of the JetBlue Airways U.S. National Luge Start Championships, and their respective immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and at least a Permanent Resident of the United States.

4. Entries must be received by the deadline listed, 7 p.m., Friday, October 9. The winner will be randomly selected and notified by phone and/or email within 72 hours of the giveaway.

5. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person.

6. All tickets (two round trip airfares) will be awarded. No ticket transfers or substitutions will be permitted, except those deemed necessary by Jetblue due to scheduling difficulty or unavailability. Tickets are valid only through airports that JetBlue Airways serves in the continental United States. Tickets are valid through October 9, 2010.

7. This promotion is subject to federal, state and local regulations and laws, and is void where prohibited. All taxes related to the value of the prize are the responsibility of the winners and the execution of IRS form W-9 is required.

8. Ticket reservations must be made through USA Luge.

9. The odds of winning are based on the number of entries received. Only official entries will be accepted.
