USA Luge announces Fall 2026 Junior National Team roster

LAKE PLACID, N.Y.—USA Luge has announced its Junior National Team roster, featuring a talented group of rising athletes poised to represent the United States in international competition during the upcoming season.
The Junior National Team includes competitors in men’s singles, women’s singles, men's doubles, and women’s doubles disciplines. It features a mix of returning athletes and fresh faces.

Women’s SinglesBrianna Gosnell, Evansburg, Pa.Elizabeth Kleinheinz, Santa Clara, Calif.Talia Tonn, Cecil, Wis.Kendall Achen, Manheim, Pa.Breckan Luedke, Menasha, Wis.
Men’s DoublesNathan Bivins, Castleton, N.Y. / Wolfgang Lux, Swanton, Vt.Gabe Desautels, Georgia, Vt. / Gavin Davis, Berwick, Pa.
Women’s DoublesSadie Martin, Vermontville, N.Y. / Brianna Gosnell, Evansburg, Pa.Sophia Sorensen, South Jordan, Utah / Zola Andonopoulos, Westmont, Ill.
The Junior National Team serves as a key steppingstone in the USA Luge athlete development pipeline, preparing athletes for future success on the National Team and Olympic stage. Athletes tend to join the team at 16 or 17 years old and remain eligible until age 21. Last season’s team earned several top ten finishes, highlighted by a bronze medal at the Lillehammer, Norway team event.
“Our junior athletes continue to demonstrate tremendous growth and potential,” said Pat Anderson, USA Luge Junior National Team Head Coach. “This group represents the future of the sport in the United States, and we are excited to watch them compete internationally this season.”
USA Luge, headquartered in Lake Placid, N.Y., has produced Olympic medalists, World Champions, and World Cup winners through its nationally recognized development system. Below is the list of Youth A and Youth B National Team athletes.
